I’d had some previous experience of hypnotherapy a few years ago for insomnia and anxiety issues, and admittedly I hadn’t given it a fair go (expecting miracles from a single session!). Subsequently, I fell back into the all too familiar cycle of work related anxiety and resultant loss of sleep, which was beginning to have a serious impact on my family and ability to function properly in everyday life both inside and outside of work. Sian advertised locally and I decided to give cognitive hypnotherapy a go, and this time stick with it.

Simply put, it’s the single best decision I ever made and helped me to move from a very dark place to one of acceptance, forgiveness, self-belief and sleep! Sian explored the real root of my anxiety issues and gave me the tools to deal with them, and possibly more importantly understand the warnings signs of onset and how to nip it in the bud. My advice to anyone who is feeling severe anxiety of any description and struggles to sleep is to seek help early on.
