Hi Sian, we are in Spain and only yesterday I was able to travel on high roads through the edge of the Pyrenees, providing that there was a low wall or barrier. Could not have done this before. My driving is not a problem and I am a comfortable passenger which I was not before. I still listen to your CD if I feel it is needed especially for relaxation. I will not hesitate to contact you for further treatment if needed as I feel that it has definitely made me a calmer person. Thank you again for taking the time to contact me.

Fear of flying
Hi Sian, thought I’d give you an update. The flight to Palma went well and I think I’m over the worst of it now. I’ve booked another holiday on a slightly longer flight but I’m confident I’ll be fine.
